Sleeping Server Stopper
by Mat1212
Sleeping Server Stopper shuts a Fabric server down on its own once too few players remain connected, and cancels the timer when enough join again.
What it does
When the number of connected players falls below a set threshold, the server schedules its own shutdown. Before the stop, the mod posts a chat message and sends a second warning one minute ahead; if enough players log in to lift the count above the threshold again, the countdown is cleared. It is meant to pair with an external hibernation script, such as the SleepingServerStarter tool, so a stopped server can be started again when someone connects.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. It needs Fabric API on the server and is published for Fabric only, with files for 26.1.2 and 26.2 and the 1.2.0 release for 26.2 as the latest. The code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, and the source code is public. Commands require gamemaster permission at level 2, except the time and minimum-player commands. Changed values are written back to the config file automatically, and a manual edit takes effect after a reload, so settings persist across restarts.
