Strength Restrictions - Season IV is a server-side datapack and mod pack that sets kit and enchantment rules for a strength SMP, and it needs Silver's Inventory Library to run.
What it does
Strength Restrictions - Season IV is built for survival servers that run a restricted kit, such as a strength SMP. A datapack adds the rules, and the restrictions are controlled through the config files, where the timers for the kit changes are set, so a server owner can tune how often the rules change. Its changes cover items and enchantments, including a spear with a lunge enchantment, and adjusted limits on Protection and Sharpness levels.
Silver's Inventory Library | IL is required, and Silver's Project Info | PI is optional. Only the server has to run the mod, while players may add it to their client for the matching features. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and as a data pack, with builds for 1.21.5 – 26.3. The code is not open source and is released under All rights reserved. The issue tracker is the only public link.

Kit restrictions
Rules limit which items and enchantments a player can use, so every kit starts from the same set of options.
Spear with lunge
A spear with the lunge enchantment is added to the item rules, giving the kit a new option.
Enchantment level limits
Protection and Sharpness are capped at lower levels, changing how far those enchantments can be pushed.
Configurable timers
Config values set how long a change takes, with options of 30 seconds and 3 minutes.
