ITEMTOOLS - Item Restrictions
by SundGGs
ITEMTOOLS - Item Restrictions lets server administrators mark items as BANNED, ILLEGAL or RESTRICTED and enforce those rules across connected players.
What it does
Administrators can apply a restriction to an item either globally or only inside chosen dimensions. Restricted items are removed from the player's inventory and containers, moved out of the hotbar and off-hand, and left unusable. The mod can also replace or disable an item's crafting recipe while the item itself stays usable, which makes it a tool for managing custom recipes on a server.
Restriction rules are set through a single panel in the game that every connected player can reach from the GUI. The mod also offers commands for administrators who prefer working in chat. Its interface is in English by default, with Spanish language files for the Spanish and Mexican Spanish locales, and each player can pick a language in the Minecraft client settings.
Curios API is optional and extends enforcement to Curios equipment slots, while Cosmetic Armor Reworked adds enforcement for cosmetic armor slots. On hybrid servers, permissions can be resolved through LuckPerms or Bukkit. On pure NeoForge or Forge servers, permissions use the Minecraft operator levels instead. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across six game versions, 1.20.1 – 26.3, under All rights reserved, and it is not open source. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Required dependencies are needed for core functionality.
