ServerPress
by Droper1133
ServerPress lets players on a server write, publish and read news articles inside the game, through a reporter system.
What it does
Players create reporter accounts that log in with a password and a display name. A reporter writes an article in an in-game editor, publishes it, and the article becomes visible to everyone on the server. Readers browse the server-wide posts in a news interface opened from a News Article item, which is crafted without a fixed recipe pattern and can be placed anywhere on the crafting grid as a shapeless recipe.
The mod is built for roleplay and nation or civilization servers, where players create stories, conflicts, alliances and events worth recording. Players can follow specific reporters to keep up with their work, react to articles and comment on them, so the server's history stays inside Minecraft itself. Admins get moderation tools to control spam, abuse and unwanted posts, and a configuration folder controls permissions, moderation limits and behavior.
ServerPress is client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with builds covering 1.18.2 – 26.3 across nine release versions, and 0.8.2 for 26.3 as the latest file. The code is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
