ServerLink
With ServerLink, a player's game can connect to a designed server modpack automatically the first time Minecraft launches, and the server is added to the server list at startup.
What it does
On first launch the client joins the server named in its configuration, so a player who installs a designed modpack does not have to type an address. The auto-join behavior can be turned on or off in the settings. Once set up, the server also appears in the multiplayer server list whenever Minecraft starts, which keeps the entry in place for players who sometimes clear their lists.
The mod is aimed at modpacks that ship with a dedicated server, where the pack maker wants players to reach the server without manual steps. It requires the Fabric Loader API, and the installation requirements are listed by the author. ServerLink is client-side only, so only the player's client needs it and the server runs without it. The code is not open source, and the project is released under All rights reserved. Files are published for 1.21.1 only.

Use cases
Modpack distribution
A pack maker running a designed server can send players straight to it after they install the modpack.
Less setup for new players
Players who would otherwise have to copy an address into the server list find the server already added.
Who it’s for: Modpack authors and server owners who distribute a designed server modpack and want players to connect without manual setup. Players who join such a pack benefit from the automatic entry.
How it compares
