senthryX restricts a server to approved players by pairing each username with the IP addresses it may connect from.
What it does
Access control works on two keys together: a username and an IP address. Players only connect when their name is tied to an approved IP, and any connection attempt from an unknown player or an unapproved address is blocked before the player joins. A single username can be linked to several IP addresses, and new addresses can be added for users whose connection changes.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything and only the server runs it. It requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric across 1.21.1 – 1.21.4 builds, with a Discord bot for managing the whitelist from chat. Access attempts raise alerts so the server owner can see who tried to connect and from where.

How it compares
IpLogger is a server-side only Fabric mod under the MIT License, and it records connections without restricting them. Discord Verifier is server-side only and open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, but it targets 1.21 – 1.21.1 and links accounts through Discord rather than an IP whitelist.
