Searchable adds a search box to several Minecraft selection and settings screens, so players can filter long lists by typing, in Quilt only.
What it does
On the singleplayer world selection screen, Searchable improves the search: a typed query can match a world's details as well as its name. Searchable also adds a button that opens its configuration, placed next to the search boxes it modifies. On the multiplayer server list, the languages page, the key binding page, the game rules editor, and the resource pack and data pack pickers, the same search field is available as well.
Searchable runs on Quilt and needs Quilted Fabric API (QFAPI) or Quilt Standard Libraries (QSL). Mod Menu is optional and only adds a configuration entry point to the mod list. It is installed on the player's side alone, so servers need nothing. Files cover game versions 1.20 and 1.20.1; the latest Quilt file is 0.2.3+1.20.1 for 1.20.1, published on 2023-10-17 on the alpha channel. The mod is released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 and is open source.

Singleplayer world search
The world selection search matches world details in addition to world names, so a query can find worlds by their settings.

Queries can be written as regular expressions, which narrows results in lists such as worlds, servers and key binds.

The same search box appears on the multiplayer server list, languages, key binds, game rules, and resource and data pack selection screens.
Configuration button
A button placed next to the search boxes opens Searchable's settings, so the search behavior can be adjusted in game.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who use Quilt and maintain long lists of worlds, servers, resource packs or key binds will get the most use from Searchable. Because it is client-side only, it is installed by players rather than by server owners.
How it compares
Allow Editing Player Data is server-side only and licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, with files for 1.20.1 on Fabric and Quilt, so it does not change the client screens Searchable modifies. GUI Pack Utils is also client-side only and is released under the MIT License for 1.20.1 on Fabric and Quilt, but it targets resource pack handling rather than search. Language Translator is client-side only under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and covers 1.20 – 26.3 on Fabric and Quilt.
