Seafarer[Fabric] brings ocean-themed blocks, decorative plants and marine creatures to Minecraft 1.20.1 through a Fabric port of the Seafarer[Forge] mod.

What it does

The Fabric build carries over the present Forge release, and later improvements are planned for a future update. It adds beach glass and sea shell blocksets, algae blocks and an alternative wood for building coastal scenes. Geckolib is required, and the mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files cover 1.20.1 only, the latest being 1.0.0 from 2025-04-07, released under the MIT License without being open source.

    Ten colors of beach glass, with brick variants, tile variants and other shapes for building.

  2. Sea shell blocksets

    Six sea shell blocksets with tiles, pillars and further variants, plus algae blocks and a shell blockset.

    Six decorative plants and animals of the coast, among them creatures that wander the beaches and shallows.
