Safe Zone Claims
Safe Zone Claims adds server-side land claims to Fabric and Paper servers, with a claim wand and trust menus for players and admins.
What it does
Players create, resize and remove claims in the world with a starter wand, which the first join hands out as a vanilla item. The wand shows an outline and preview while a claim is being shaped, and the claim owner can manage trusted players from it. Admins handle moderation through the sz command, and the wand item and its settings can be changed in the config.
Safe Zone is a server-only mod for Fabric and Paper servers, and the code is under the MIT License. Players join without installing anything, because the claim wand and menus work from a vanilla client. Fabric servers need Fabric Loader and Fabric API. Optional claim-restricted editing works alongside Axiom, FastAsyncWorldEdit and WorldEdit. Builds cover Minecraft 1.21 – 26.2, and the file for a given Minecraft version must match the server, for example +26.1.2.
Key features
Claim creation and resizing
A claim is made in the world and can be resized later, with an outline showing its bounds while the player works.
Player self-service tools
Claim owners add or remove trusted players and manage their own claims through the wand and menus.
Admin moderation
The sz command gives admins tools to inspect, manage and remove claims owned by other players.
Configurable starter wand
The wand is a vanilla Golden Hoe by default, and the item can be swapped in the config.
Grouped config file
Settings sit in one pretty-printed config.json, with gameplay options grouped in sections that load first.

How it compares
IchorClaim is a Fabric claim mod for 1.20.1 that needs the client and server to both run it, and its code is under the MIT License. Rechiseled x Open Parties and Claims is server-side only for Fabric 1.21.1 and is licensed as All rights reserved. CClaims is server-side only, its code is under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and it covers Fabric builds 1.21.5 – 26.3, so it reaches further than Safe Zone's range.
