Restricted Flying

Restricted Flying lets server owners block Elytra flight in chosen dimensions, so players cannot glide in the places the owner has excluded.
What it does
The mod restricts Elytra use by dimension. A server owner lists the dimensions where flying with an Elytra is not allowed, and players who try to fly there are stopped. The list is kept in the mod's config file, which loads at startup, and an earlier bug that kept the config from loading at startup has been fixed.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and only the server needs it. It requires Fabric API. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, and the latest build, 1.1.5+26.1, covers game version 26.1; the mod is released under the MIT License and is open source. Builds for game versions 1.21 – 26.1 are listed, thirteen release versions in all, with the code and issue tracker public.

Elytra flight is blocked in each dimension the owner adds to the restricted list, while other dimensions stay unchanged.
Dimension list command
The nofly config show command displays the dimensions currently on the allowed list, so owners can check the settings.
Add dimensions by command
The nofly config add command suggests and lists known dimensions, letting the owner add one to the list in-game.
Startup config loading
The config is read at server startup, and the fix for the earlier loading bug keeps the saved dimension list in effect.

Who it’s for: Server owners who want to control where Elytra flight is allowed. Because the mod runs on the server alone, single-player players do not need it installed.
How it compares
Spawn Elytra Fabric is also server-side only and open source under the MIT License, but it is published for Fabric alone, for 1.21.9 – 26.2, and it is not a dimension restriction tool. Elytra Portal Fix is server-side only and covers Fabric, Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 – 26.2, with the All rights reserved license and no open source code. Restricted Flying is a Minecraft Mod for Fabric 1.21 that prevents flying with elytras in certain dimensions! I intend on adding more commands and features in the future, but this will suffice for now.
