Remove Copper is a Fabric world generation mod that takes copper out of Minecraft and replaces its uses with iron.
What it does
Copper ores stop generating in the world, and copper ingots no longer appear as drops from drowned mobs. In their place, the spyglass, lightning rod and brush are crafted with iron ingots instead of copper. The mod also ships new textures and models so the removed material leaves no visible trace in the game.
The author describes the change as a full removal of copper from survival play, aimed at players who want to build with what the world offers without a surplus of unusable ore filling their inventories and chests. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.20.1 and nothing else, and the 1.0.0 file is the latest release.
