redstono's guns adds three Forge firearms, the Gun, TNT Gun and Atomic Gun, along with a new crafting material called Gun Steel.
What it does
The basic Gun is a reliable starter firearm that is crafted from Gun Steel, a new alloy made with netherite, diamond and coal in a forge. The TNT Gun fires bullets that explode on impact, which suits crowd control and reshaping terrain. The Atomic Gun is the most destructive of the three, firing a mini-nuke blast that vaporizes the entities it hits.
The mod is built for Forge on Minecraft 1.20.1 only, and it runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. Recipes for each weapon and the Gun Steel alloy can be looked up with an in-game recipe viewer. The mod is listed in the Cursed category with equipment and technology tags, and the latest Forge file is 1.0.2 for 1.20.1, published on the beta channel on 2025-08-03.
