Player Trade

by tinminhdeptrai.78

Player Trade lets two players in the same Minecraft world exchange items through a request, accept and confirm sequence typed in chat.

FabricClient and serverMIT License1.21.5 – 1.21.11

What it does

One player starts a trade with the trade command, naming the other player. The second player can answer with accept or decline, and a trade begins only after an accept. Both sides then place items and each press accept again to register the exchange, so neither side hands over items alone.

Trading can be switched off with a trade off command and back on with trade. Accepted trades move items into the recipient's inventory and the hotbar, and a traded item can be right-clicked to use it. Fabric API is required, and the mod runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. Builds cover 1.21.5 – 1.21.11 under the MIT License, and the code is not open source.

Key features

  1. Player-to-player trades

Two players can exchange items inside the same world through a confirmed trade.

  2. Chat-based requests

Trades are started, accepted and declined with typed commands in the chat window.

  3. Trading toggle

Trade commands can be turned off and on again, so trading can be paused during a session.

  4. Confirmed exchange

Both sides must accept before the items change hands, which keeps either side from giving items by accident.
