Ping Pong!
by Foxytisy
Ping Pong! is a client-side Fabric mod that scrambles the letters of chat text in a playful, jumbled way.
What it does
The mod rearranges the characters of a sentence so that the first and last letters of each word stay in place while the middle letters move around. The result reads as seemingly jumbled text, which is the joke of the Cursed category it sits in. Environment: Client-side only, so only the client needs it and servers run without it. Files target 1.20.4 – 1.21.1 and are released under the MIT License as open source.
Key features
Scrambled letters
Words keep their first and last characters while the letters between them are shuffled into a new order.
Sentence-level effect
The shuffling works across a whole sentence, moving characters around the sentence end in the way the author describes.
Chat-oriented
The effect is aimed at text that players type, so the jumbled output appears where conversation happens.

What the author says
Let's say we take the sentence: "I like this mod" What this mod does is that it jumps around from the first to last character in the sentence, in the end, making up a seemingly jumbled up text. In this scenario, the text will come out as "Id olmi ksei ht" (Here is a very poorly drawn up sketch of how it works)
