Packed Up - A Farmer's Delight Addon
by TwinSouls
Packed Up, a Farmer's Delight addon for Forge, lets players pack stored blocks into compacted versions that fit cleanly around finished builds.
What it does
The mod centers on one idea: packing blocks away into smaller, tidier forms. Its compacted blocks are meant for decoration, so a builder can place them around a structure without the result looking out of place. Compared with other storage mods in the same genre, Packed Up leans toward ornament rather than inventory management, and it adds long dark borders as one of its decorative pieces.
Installation needs Farmer's Delight, which the mod builds on. Packed Up runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge only, for 1.20 and 1.20.1, and the latest file is 0.5.4 for 1.20.1 on the beta channel. Only the latest major version receives full support; older versions get major bug fixes and backported features. The code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only.

How it compares
Compat O' Plenty is a Forge mod for 1.20.1 under the Apache License 2.0, and it runs on client and server like Packed Up. Trail&Tales Delight is open source under the MIT License, covers 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, and supports Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, so it reaches more loaders than Packed Up. EMI Farmer's Delight Reforged is client-side only and not open source, so players install it alone and servers do not need it.
