PackCore

by Kd_Gaming1

With PackCore, players of SkyBlock-focused modpacks run a setup wizard that sets menus, styles and performance profiles before the first launch.

FabricForgeClient-side onlyCustom license1.8.9 – 26.2

What it does

The mod opens a first-launch wizard that shows visual previews of each choice. Players pick a Hypixel SkyBlock-themed start menu, the look of tabs, the storage screen layout, backgrounds for items, and a performance profile that ranges from maximum frame rate to a quality-focused setting. Resource packs can be selected inside the wizard as well.

Integrations for other compatible mods appear on their own when those mods are installed, so no extra step is needed for them. A final page lists every selection, and changes are applied in one step only after the player confirms. Afterwards PackCore keeps configuration files organized and lets presets be switched later. Fabric API and UI Lib are required, and Mod Menu is optional. The mod is published for Fabric and Forge across 12 release versions, 1.8.9 – 26.2, and the code is covered by a custom license that is not open source.

Questions

Does PackCore need Fabric API?

Yes. Fabric API is a required dependency on Fabric, and UI Lib is required as well, so both must be installed next to PackCore.

Which loaders does PackCore support?

The mod is published for Fabric and Forge. The latest Fabric file is v5.2.2-mc26.2 for 26.2, and the latest Forge file is 1.1.1-1.8.9 for 1.8.9.

Is PackCore needed on a server?

No. It is installed on the player's side alone, so servers need nothing.

In the catalog

PackCore is one of 8,016 Management mods on ModsFinder, and one of 5,930 Management mods for Fabric. 13,894 mods support Minecraft 26.2.
