Ore Foods
Ore Foods adds diamond-based food items to the game, including diamond pies that grant potion effects for several minutes.
What it does
Ore-based foods are gathered from mined ore and crafted into food. Each ore type has its own set of foods, and the recipes use golden apples, pumpkin pie and diamond blocks as ingredients. The diamond pie is the main item, crafted from 2 golden apples, 2 diamonds and a pumpkin pie, along with 4 diamond blocks, and it applies potion effects for several minutes after it is eaten.
The mod also adds advancements and custom screens, plus crafting recipes for most of the new items. Custom effects are attached to some of the food sets. The mod requires no other mods beyond Forge or NeoForge, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. Files exist for 11 release versions, 1.17.1 – 26.1.2, and the latest Forge file is 2.3 for 1.20.1, while the latest NeoForge file is 2.4 for 26.1.2.
