OpenShulker lets players open shulker box contents straight from the inventory, without placing the box first.
What it does
Opening a shulker box normally means placing it, which takes a turn and a free spot. OpenShulker opens the box directly from the inventory or from the hand, using keybinds that can be changed in the controls menu. The mod runs on Fabric and NeoForge, and both the server and every player need it, since the environment is client and server. Builds cover 1.21.1 – 1.21.11, and the license is the MIT License, so the mod is not open source.

Quick inventory access
Hovering over a shulker box in the inventory and pressing a configurable key opens its contents at once.
Hand access
A shulker box held in the main hand or the offhand can be opened with its own configurable keybind.
Nothing placed
The box stays in the inventory while its contents are read or moved, so no block is set down in the world.
