OnlySleep
OnlySleep lets a server skip the night once enough players are asleep, so no one has to wait for every player to find a bed.
What it does
Skipping the night needs only one sleeping player by default, and the required percentage is configurable from 0 to 100. The sleep count can be kept per world or counted across all worlds, and rain and thunder can be cleared independently of the skip. Feedback appears through a boss bar, an action bar, a title or a progress bar, and the sounds for bed entry and a successful skip can be changed.
Installation is a matter of placing the JAR in the mods folder and restarting the server; the default configuration is ready to use. Thresholds are adjusted in a single file, and message wording can be replaced separately. The mod is licensed under the MIT License and is open source.
Key features
Night skip with one sleeper
A single player in bed can advance the night, and the threshold can be raised in the configuration.
Separate sleep counts
The sleeping count can be kept per world or shared across worlds, depending on the server setup.
Weather controls
Clearing rain and thunder during a skip is set separately, so each can be turned on or off.
Sleep feedback
A boss bar, action bar, title or progress bar shows how many players are asleep and how close the threshold is.
Spectator and mode filters
Spectators, creative players, flying players and chosen game modes are exempt, and permissions can grant exemption.
AFK tracking
Built-in AFK tracking can leave idle players out of the count, and EssentialsX and CMI are supported.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
Use cases
Survival multiplayer servers
A server owner can let the night pass once most players sleep, without waiting for every player to reach a bed.
Who it’s for: Server owners who want the night to pass on a Fabric or Paper server without requiring every player to be in bed.
