OfflinePlayers
by MisterFish
OfflinePlayers lets a server owner spawn an offline copy of a player so that the account keeps acting while its owner is away from the computer.
What it does
Typing the offline spawn command creates an exact copy of a player, called an offline player, on the server. Actions are queued for that copy and run at set intervals while the real player is not connected. The copy can be given a chain of actions, such as breaking blocks or attacking, and each step is executed in the order it was specified.
Intervals can be written in ticks, which is the default, or in milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours or days, so a step can be set to run every 0.25 hours or once a day. Installation needs Fabric. The mod is server-side only: players join without installing it, and the server alone runs it. It is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, with public links for source code, an issue tracker and a wiki. Builds cover 1.21 – 26.1.2 across 15 release versions, and the latest Fabric file is for 26.1.2, published 2026-04-15.
Key features
Offline player spawn
A command creates a copy of the player's character that stays on the server after the real player disconnects.
Timed action queues
Actions such as break, attack, use, eat and disconnect run in a defined order, each with its own interval and offset.
Time unit choice
Intervals accept ticks, milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours or days, so timing does not have to be counted in ticks.
Outcome handling
If the offline copy dies, its loot is not dropped, and when the player rejoins the inventory and experience gained in the meantime are transferred back.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners who want certain players to keep a character active while disconnected, and operators who manage those characters. Players who only join a server need nothing installed.

What the author says
This mod allows players to go AFK on a server without leaving their computers on. Simply use the /offline command to spawn an exact copy of your player, called an offline player. Depending on the configuration, you'll be kicked after the offline player has spawned. If the offline player is killed, it won't drop loot…
