No Weather Effects hides rain, snow and lightning on the client, so a world looks as if the weather is always clear.
What it does
The mod turns off weather visuals on the client only. Rain, snow and lightning are no longer drawn, and the world looks clear even while the weather cycle keeps running. A config file is optional, and a toggle inside the game needs CompleteConfig and Cloth Config installed alongside it. Files are published for Fabric, for 1.19 – 1.20.4 across 9 release versions, and the code is open source under the Apache License 2.0.
