ClearWeather
by choco422
ClearWeather removes rain, snow, precipitation and water splash particles from the Minecraft Fabric client, so the sky stays clear during play.
What it does
Turning on ClearWeather hides rain, snow and other precipitation at once, and the change takes effect immediately without a restart. A separate filter stops the water splash particles that appear when rain lands on blocks, so surfaces stay free of that effect as well. Both parts are switched on and off in the in-game configuration menu.
The mod is client-side only, so a player installs it on their own copy of the game and a server does not need it. It requires BreweryLib, which must be present next to ClearWeather. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.8, 1.21.9 and 1.21.10, with 1.0.0-1.21.9 for 1.21.9 as the latest file. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
Players who build, explore or record footage can use ClearWeather to keep the view clear for screenshots and streams. The author notes it also works alongside other weather visual mods. Because it removes effects rather than adding a new renderer, its impact on frame rate is described as minimal.
