Nimbu's: Pocket Dimensions lets players create customizable pocket dimensions that can be reached from almost any location through a Gateway Wand.

What it does

The mod adds simple, customizable pocket dimensions that are accessed anywhere in the world. The Gateway Wand is crafted from an echo shard, a breeze rod and other parts shown in the recipe, and right-clicking with it creates a Gateway. Using the wand on an existing Gateway destroys it. Cardinal Components API is used to store the data behind these dimensions.

Expansion Gems are crafted from a diamond, an amethyst shard and an ender pearl. Holding a gem while right-clicking expands the pocket dimension, and the gem can also make its borders visible. Players can freely modify a pocket dimension, which is built from chiseled stone bricks, cobblestone and an end crystal. The mod is vanilla friendly and runs on Fabric for 1.21 – 1.21.11, with Sinytra Connector support for other loaders.

Key features

  1. Gateway Wand

    A crafted wand creates a Gateway that opens access to a pocket dimension from the current location.

  2. Gateway removal

    Using the Gateway Wand on an existing Gateway destroys it, so access can be closed again.

  3. Expansion Gems

    Gems crafted from diamond, amethyst, an ender pearl and a shard grow the pocket dimension when held and right-clicked.

  4. Visible borders

    Holding an Expansion Gem makes the borders of the pocket dimension visible, which helps with building inside it.

  5. Free modification

    Players can interact with and change the pocket dimension, which starts from a build made with chiseled stone bricks and cobblestone.
