Nice Rabbit Tweaks changes how rabbits behave around carrots, and the server decides how much of that applies.

What it does

Rabbits get a few small additions, and a rabbit that nibbles planted carrots no longer always destroys the crop: the change lets a carrot be harvested and replanted instead. Villager-based carrot farms are also allowed by the changes. A server needs the mod, while players may leave it out. It is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later and is open source. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, for 1.21.3 and 1.21.4, with 1.1+mod for 1.21.4 as the latest file.

In addition to that Rabbits no longer nibble on planted Carrots but instead they have a chance to harvest and replant them. This allows for alternatives to a Villager based Carrot farm. But if you are playing on a PaperMC Server (or a PaperMC Fork like Purpur) make sure to set allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards…
