MoreTraffic
by tomas65107
MoreTraffic adds programmable traffic lights and light-control blocks for NeoForge 1.21.1, meant for players who build roads and signal networks.
What it does
The mod adds traffic lights that can be set up with a realistic programmable behaviour, as an addon for infrastructure decorations. A light control cabinet and a control block let a player program custom light loops and adjust each light's orientation, position and scale.
Lights can be grouped so that a single control block drives a large network, and colour can be set precisely for each light. The mod runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it. Its files are for NeoForge only, with 0.2.7-beta for 1.21.1 as the latest build, and the project is open source under the GNU General Public License v2.0 only.
Key features
Advanced traffic lights
Traffic lights with customizable orientation, position and scale, for building realistic crossings and intersections.
Custom light loops
Light sequences can be programmed in a control cabinet, so signals cycle through the timing the builder defines.
Precise colour control
Each light's colour can be set exactly rather than picked from a fixed palette.
Grouped light networks
Lights can be grouped and driven by one control block, which makes large signal networks practical to manage.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
Use cases
Road and city builds
Players constructing roads, junctions and urban districts can place signals and program their timing.
Creating large signal networks
Grouping lets one control block manage many lights across a whole city or highway system.
Who it’s for: Players who build roads and cities in Create-based worlds, and server owners who want shared signal infrastructure on NeoForge 1.21.1.
