The mod adds eight custom ores: Tin, Ruby, Onyx and Alexandrite sit underground in caves, while Lead, Bismuth, Polonium and Uranium appear in other places and a few use a netherite mining level. Tools are made from these materials, and some tools use lapis, redstone, iron or golden sticks in their recipes. Only the ender tools require diamond sticks. Blocks made from the new materials have their own recipes, and new advancements track progress through the tools.

Piglins will trade Lead, a material that behaves about as gold does in that exchange. Bismuth combines with netherite sticks to make tools, while Polonium and Uranium go into the Toxic Stick and Toxic Chestplate. Combining lapis or redstone with a Toxic Stick makes an enhanced version, and a lead Toxic Stick forms a Toxic Sword. Meteors are structures that generate on the surface, and a guarded type of entity called Inhumane Beings lives in the Ender2.0 biome, each equipped with a Toxic Stick and a Toxic Chestplate. The Toxicity effect slightly reduces damage taken on contact and changes jump height.

The mod also adds food such as roasted seeds, apple pie and grilled cheese, plus two drinks, tea and cocoa. The mod runs on NeoForge and is published for game versions 1.21.1 – 26.1.2, with the latest file 1.7.3 for 26.1.2. Players need it in their own game, while a server can run without it.
