More Breeze Rods
by ParroteX2
More Breeze Rods changes how often Breeze mobs drop Breeze Rods, so players can collect the item without fighting for long stretches.
What it does
Breezes drop more Breeze Rods when a player defeats them. The change is made through a datapack that edits only the Breeze rod drop, so the rest of the Breeze loot table stays as vanilla defines it. Breeze experience is also left alone. The rods are used for crafting Wind Charges and Maces, which makes a larger supply useful for players who work with those items.
The mod is lightweight and can be added to an existing world without a new save. It is meant to work alongside other datapacks and mods that touch Breeze behavior, since it does not heavily modify loot. The server must run it, and players may join without installing it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the current build targets 26.3. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
Key features
Higher rod drops
Breeze mobs drop a larger number of Breeze Rods, so a short fight yields enough material for several crafts.
Only the rod drop changes
The rest of the Breeze loot table and the experience reward are not edited, so other drops behave as in vanilla.
Less farming time
Collecting Breeze Rods takes fewer encounters, which shortens the time spent on repeat fights.
Adding to a world
The datapack can be placed in an existing world, and no separate installation step is needed on the player side.

Use cases
Crafting Wind Charges and Maces
Players who want steady access to the rods for Wind Charges and Maces can gather them with fewer Breeze fights.
Survival progression
A survival world that uses Breeze items as part of its progression can supply the rods faster without changing other loot.
Who it’s for: Players and server owners who want more Breeze Rods from Breeze mobs, without changing the other rewards from those mobs.
