MobXP
MobXP sets a custom experience amount for each mob type a player or server owner chooses, including the Ender Dragon's first and later kills.
What it does
Each mob gets its own experience value, and the mod changes what that mob drops when killed. Ender Dragon kills can be set to a fixed amount for the first kill and a separate amount for later kills. Baby variants of mobs such as zombies, chickens and jockeys can receive their own values, or follow the adult setting when the baby option is left enabled. Negative values are not applied, and when a mob has no setting, vanilla experience is used.
Settings are edited in an in-game screen opened with the default Keypad 5 key once a world is loaded, or with the mobxp command. The custom values are stored in the world's own data file, so each world keeps an independent configuration. The mod works on dedicated and integrated servers. Because it is server-side only, players join without installing it, while the server owner runs it for every world.
Key features
Custom Ender Dragon XP
The first kill and each later kill of the Ender Dragon can drop separate experience amounts, set by the server owner.
Baby mob variants
Baby zombies, chickens and jockeys can be given their own experience values, separate from the adult mob.
Per-mob command
The mobxp command shows or changes the custom settings of a single mob, such as minecraft:sheep or minecraft:zombie.
Randomized amounts
A setting can randomize the experience between 1 and the chosen amount instead of giving a fixed value.
Per-world storage
Custom experience settings are saved in the world's data directory, so each save keeps its own configuration.

How it compares
Chicken Jockey Plus is a Fabric mod for 1.21.8, server required with the client optional, and it is not open source, so it covers a different part of chicken jockeys. Baby Zombie Removal is a Fabric mod for 1.21.8, server-side only, and it is open source under the MIT License. Mob Drop Everything runs on both client and server for 1.21 – 1.21.11 and is open source under the MIT License, but it changes drops rather than experience amounts.
