Mita Dweller

by MRFGX STUDIO

Mita Dweller adds a cave creature that stalks players underground, paired with cave sounds that grow more intense as the player gets closer.

ForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1

What it does

The mod adds a complex entity with a range of unique animations, sounds and behaviors. Players explore caves where the creature hunts them, and the eerie cave soundscape rises in intensity as the distance closes. Mita Dweller requires Geckolib to work properly, so Geckolib must be installed alongside it.

Forge is the only loader covered, and the mod is published for 1.20.1 only, with the latest file 1.8.0 released on 2025-11-02. Both the server and every player need it, since the creature and its sounds run on both sides. The author states that the mod is free to use in videos, modpacks and servers. It is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.

  3. Varied animations and behaviors
