Mirror Horror Project
Mirror Horror Project is a Forge cursed mod for 1.20.1 in which a player's past comes back as a creature that appears when thunder sounds and the player sleeps.
What it does
The story follows a lost soul tied to a past act of the player, who recognizes that soul after entering her world. The soul still wanders the world after an unsuccessful attempt to return home. Entities in the world are not meant to be attacked, and the player can try to talk to them, including the one that locks the player in a pocket dimension.
Progress grants items, and the player can craft new weapons and armor to defend against the entities that follow. The content is built around creepypasta-style creatures and cursed encounters, so it suits players who want a horror run rather than a standard adventure. The mod is categorized under Cursed, Mobs, World generation, Adventure, Decoration and Equipment.
The mod is published for Forge only, with a single game version, 1.20.1, and files dated 2025-04-07 to 2025-06-30. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. The license is All rights reserved, and the code is not open source.
