MCTerra
MCTerra brings Terraria-style content into the Minecraft world, with its own dimension, bosses, mana and items that players reach while playing alongside vanilla.
What it does
Players reach a separate Terraria-themed dimension while the default Overworld, Nether and End stay available. Falling celestial drops appear near night in the Terra Overworld, and five of them can be crafted into a mana crystal that raises maximum mana by 20. Mana regenerates each second, and a total mana value of 100 is reached through the crystals.
Some abilities depend on the dimension. Igniter use leads to the Underworld, and Wind Steel and Fire Steel are used on an Air frame to ignite it. Several summons are spawned by specific items, such as the Empress Light and the Prismatic Lacewing, which must be killed by the player so other mobs do not take the kill. Acorn sakura saplings are planted with a dedicated mechanic, and Pearlstone grows crystals from redstone over about five minutes.
AttributeFix is required on both Forge and NeoForge. The mod runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it. Builds exist for 1.20.1, 1.21.1 and 1.21.4, with the latest files being 1.0.22 for 1.20.1 on Forge and 1.0.22 for 1.21.4 on NeoForge, both dated 2025-03-31. MCTerra is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
