LootSelect

When items lie within reach, a sleek panel opens next to the inventory and lists them, letting the player choose which ones to take. Clicking an entry grabs it, and the panel can be minimized or maximized with a button to change its size. The list keeps the hovered item under the cursor as it updates, which helps when loot keeps dropping during a fight or a farming session.

Several inventory actions are built in. Right-click takes half of a stack, middle-click discards an item to the ground, and Shift-click moves items into ground bags. Ctrl plus a number key from 1 to 9 swaps the hovered item into that hotbar slot, and F swaps it with the offhand slot. The mod also works with several other mods to enhance the looting experience.

Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, covering the 1.20.1 – 1.21.11 range, and it is released under the MIT License, which is not open source. The latest builds are 1.1.13+1.21.11 for Fabric, 1.1.15+1.20.1 for Forge and 1.1.14+1.21.1 for NeoForge.
