Lodeway is a server-side utility that serves a live, Google-Maps-style web map of a Minecraft world, reachable at a link the server owner can share.
What it does
A server owner installs the Lodeway plugin and runs one command to publish a share link to the map. Visitors open the link in a browser and explore the world as tiles, without installing anything on their own game client. Servers can also point the map at their own domain through the hosted service.
The hosted service comes in two tiers, one free and one paid. The paid Premium plan, billed per server, adds other dimensions, a custom domain, resource pack textures and removal of the Lodeway mark. The plugin itself only opens outbound connections, so no port needs to be forwarded, and the mod works on shared hosting.
Lodeway is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and for the server platforms Paper, Spigot, Bukkit, Purpur, Folia, Sponge, Velocity, BungeeCord and Waterfall. Only the server needs it, and players join without installing anything. Builds cover 1.7.2 – 26.3 with 84 release versions, and the latest file is 2026b23 for 26.3, published on 2026-10-13. The mod is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
