Lit on fire is a Forge and NeoForge mod that lets torches light campfires, with settings for the lighting rules and the items that count as lighters.

What it does

Players light a campfire by using a torch on it, so the usual flint and steel step is not needed. Lighting a campfire needs a clear space around it, and the mod adds a configurable item tag so that modders and pack makers can define their own lighters. Every behavior can be adjusted in the config files, and the mod runs on client and server. Builds exist for Forge and NeoForge across 1.20.1 – 1.21.4, and the code is licensed under the MIT License.
