LeaveMyCamera lets a player detach the camera from the character and move it freely while the character stays where it is.

What it does

Detaching the camera is an action the player triggers directly. Once detached, the view looks around independently, while the character itself keeps its position rather than turning with the view. Interactions with the world still apply to the character, so the player can keep breaking and placing blocks from the detached camera.

The mod is a client-side utility for Fabric and runs in single-player and multiplayer without any server installation. Builds cover 1.21 – 26.2, and the latest Fabric file is 1.0.0 for 26.2, published under the MIT License. The project is not open source.
