Lazr's Lib
Lazr's Lib is a utility library that other Lazr's Mods build on, bundling shared code for screens, overlays, NBT data and networking.
What it does
The library supplies helper code for drawing on screens, building overlays and reading or writing NBT data, so the mods that depend on it do not each carry their own copy. It also offers an API for overlays and screens that players can interact with, and a simple networking layer for sending data between client and server.
Every player and every server that runs a dependent mod needs the library installed, since both sides of the connection must load the same code. Builds are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, covering 1.17.1 – 1.21.1 across 18 release versions, and the code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only.
