What it does

Krypton batches network flushes, which lowers server CPU usage and tick times and also reduces the cost of mitigations for speculative execution vulnerabilities in hardware. Micro-optimizations reduce memory use and speed up packet serialization.

The author considers the mod feature-stable and updates it for new game versions as time allows, with support offered when possible and no guarantees about compatibility. It is a Fabric mod for 37 release versions, open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and either side can run it, and neither needs it.
