What it does

The mod adds guard villagers modeled on knights, which spawn alongside other villagers and carry gear from five armor sets, iron weapons and a heavy crossbow. Installation needs Fabric on the 1.21.1 version only. The environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and it is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, making it open source. Latest Fabric file is 1.0.6 for 1.21.1, dated 2026-10-11.

What the author says

Currently, 5 sets of armors (from bad to good) and all iron weapons + heavy crossbow are used from the Epic Knights mod, Guard Villagers will now also spawn with other food items as well instead of just only bread. For balancing purposes, I recommend having Guard Villagers Item drop chance at 0.
