ISIA
by RXokas
ISIA is a server-side Fabric mod that logs player actions to the console, including block breaks, entity hits and item or block use.
What it does
Server operators can watch what players do without joining the game. Each logging option is a setting that switches one kind of action on or off: breaking blocks is off by default, while hitting entities, using items, using blocks and using entities are on. The mod requires Fabric API and runs on a Minecraft server alone, so players need nothing installed. Its files cover 1.20.2 and 1.20.4, and the latest is 1.0.1 for 1.20.4, released under the MIT License as open source.
Key features
Block break logging
A setting decides whether breaking a block is written to the console, and it is off by default.
Entity hit logging
Hits on entities are written to the console when the matching setting is enabled, which it is by default.
Item and block use logging
Using an item, a block or an entity can each be logged to the console through its own option.

How it compares
Item Logger runs on the client alone and is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, for 1.20.5 – 1.21.7. Sign Logger is server-side only, open source under the Apache License 2.0, and covers 1.20 – 1.20.4, so it overlaps with ISIA on the same versions.
