InventoryCleaner
by CIOCOLATA47
InventoryCleaner throws away junk items from the player's inventory automatically, and players can control which items it discards.
What it does
InventoryCleaner is a client-side only mod, so only the player's own game needs it; servers run without it. It discards unwanted items from the inventory on its own, a useful habit during PvP or ordinary play where stacks of low-value loot fill slots. The mod is published for Fabric and Quilt across 22 release versions, 1.20.1 – 26.3, and is released under the MIT License, so the source code is open source.
Items are chosen through a throw list. Players add items to it or remove them, and the cleaning runs only while the mod is active. Cleaning can be switched on or off and set to open the inventory automatically when items are thrown, which suits multiplayer servers where inventory space matters. Early builds handled the list through commands, while the later graphical screen manages it in newer versions.
Key features
Automatic item disposal
Items on the throw list are discarded from the inventory without any action from the player.
Throw list management
Items can be added to or removed from the throw list through a graphical screen in newer versions.
Toggleable cleaning
Cleaning can be enabled or disabled, so the mod can be paused without uninstalling it.
Keybinding for the screen
The screen opens from a key binding in the Controls settings, which players can change.

Use cases
Multiplayer and PvP play
Players who fill their inventory quickly during fights can clear unwanted loot without stopping to drop each stack by hand.
Inventory tidying in survival
Common low-value items can be removed from the inventory to keep room for the items a player actually needs.
Who it’s for: Players who want an inventory that clears itself of chosen items during PvP, multiplayer sessions or long survival runs on Fabric or Quilt.
How it compares
TNT Throw is a server-side mod with Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt files for 1.20.2 – 26.1.2 under the GNU General Public License v2.0 only, so servers need it while clients may skip it. Junk Dropper is server-side only, released on Fabric for 1.21.1 – 1.21.2 under the MIT License, and it is not open source. InventoryCleaner differs from both by running on the client alone, on the Fabric and Quilt loaders, for the widest range of versions listed here.
