Integrated Villages
by craisinlord
Integrated Villages replaces the vanilla village generation with larger, more detailed villages that fit into the terrain and biomes of a world.
What it does
By default the mod turns off vanilla village spawning, so the new villages are what generates in their place. The spawn rate can be changed in the config file, and the spacing and separation values of the structure sets control how often villages appear. Biomes are edited through the biome files under tags/worldgen/biome/has_structure, and structures can be removed by deleting them from the structure set file.
The author lists planned integrations with several other mod families and notes that most biome mods are integrated. Compatibility with other structure mods can be improved by adding structure sets to the avoid list in each structure set file. Configuration for workstations from installed mods is not yet available.
Integrated Villages is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. Its latest NeoForge file targets 1.21.1. The mod is server-side only, so players join a server running it without installing anything. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.

Configurable spawn rates
Spacing and separation values in the structure sets control how often villages generate in each biome.
Biome and structure editing
