Indigestion Tablets, a Forge food mod, adds a consumable item that trades a player's hunger for a timed health and absorption effect.
What it does
Players eat the tablet when their food bar is full, and the item converts the satiety into health regeneration, then into damage absorption once health is restored. The tablet is crafted from wheat and sweet berries with a shapeless recipe, and drinking water clears the effect it grants.
Key features
Hunger-to-health conversion
Eating the tablet turns surplus fullness into health, consuming a share of saturation each game tick until the food bar is spent.
Timed Jianwei Xiaoshi effect
After consumption the player gains the Jianwei Xiaoshi effect for 10 minutes, which keeps the hunger bar near its half-satiated level.
Shapeless crafting recipe
The tablet is made from wheat and sweet berries in any arrangement, so it needs no fixed grid layout.
