In The Corners (horror)

The mod places 43 stalking, seeking and killing entities into the world, grouped into four tiers. Tier one covers basic stalkers and manipulators that are simple to read. Tier two holds creators with more intricate AI that behaves in ways that are hard to predict, and some of them take the player's form, which makes them harder to spot among ordinary mobs. Tier three contains entities from the abyss, described as enhanced versions of ordinary mobs that mark the late part of the progression after Vainglory. Tier four is made of the bosses, including Speech, Providence, Vainglory and Void.

The mod also includes Hide, a game in which an entity invites the player to play hide and seek. The player must find it, and a shadow warning appears before it approaches. Its threat is small. Spawning was reworked in version 5.0 and later, so entities no longer appear only after long delays, and the spawn timing can be adjusted in the config to suit each player's preference. The mod is published for Forge 1.20.1 only, and it runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The mod is released under All rights reserved.
