ImmersiveMC
by hammy275
ImmersiveMC lets players use crafting tables, furnaces and brewing stands without opening a separate screen, and adds extra support for VR play.
What it does
Normally a player opens a window to craft, smelt or brew. With ImmersiveMC, those stations can be used directly from the world, so fewer menus need to be opened during play. The mod is built around reducing the number of GUIs a player has to interact with, and its VR features go further in that direction.
The mod requires Fabric API on Fabric. Because it is needed on both sides, the server and every player must run it; if a host opens a world to LAN or shares it with a world-sharing mod, the host must install it too. Its features can be turned off in the mod's settings for anyone who does not want them. ImmersiveMC is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 16 release versions, 1.16.5 – 26.3, and the code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
Key features
Station use without a GUI
Crafting tables, furnaces and brewing stands can be used without opening their interface window.
VR-specific features
A set of features exists only for VR play, and the mod was primarily developed to improve the VR experience.
Optional feature toggles
Individual features can be disabled in the mod's settings, so a player or host can keep the vanilla behaviour.
Vivecraft compatibility
VR play works with Vivecraft, which the mod expects in a VR setup, so players can use it with a compatible VR client.

Use cases
Playing in VR
Players in a VR setup use the station features and VR-only controls to avoid opening menus.
Multiplayer and LAN hosting
Server owners and hosts install the mod on both sides, then disable features they do not want.
Who it’s for: The mod suits players who want fewer menus while building, crafting or brewing, and players who use VR. Server owners and LAN hosts need to install it on their side as well.
