HutierTagger, a Fabric client mod, displays Hutier tier tags above player names in the game world.
What it does
On a server that players join with HutierTagger installed, each player's Hutier tier appears as a tag above their name. The tag reflects the rank the player has selected for a chosen gamemode, and an icon for that gamemode can be shown before the rank.
The tier shown for each gamemode is a choice made by the player. Display settings can be adjusted in an in-game configuration screen opened through Mod Menu, and the tags can be turned off entirely. Tier data is requested asynchronously and cached locally, so the mod stays lightweight during play.
It is installed on the player's side alone, so servers need nothing. HutierTagger is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and is not open source. Files exist for Fabric only, across 23 release versions, and the latest Fabric file is 1.0.4 for 26.2, published 2026-07-30.
