Hell's Survivor

Hell's Survivor is a NeoForge horror mod for 1.21.1 that puts post-nuclear dread into the world, built around the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in 1945.
What it does
The mod adds horror content centred on nuclear bombs, including new items, new mobs and new structures. Its author describes it as an early project, with many aspects still expected to change and the goal of making the content scarier over time. Hell's Survivor adds a post-nuclear dimension with new enemies, among them a figure called the man himself.
Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Only NeoForge is supported, with the 1.3 build for 1.21.1 published on 2025-03-29, after a first release on 2024-10-31. The code is not open source and the mod is released under All rights reserved.
The author warns that nuclear bombs in the mod are more destructive than the monsters themselves, and that a known bug can freeze the server on a player's first join to a world. Existing worlds can be used.
