With Hbm's Nuclear Tech: Neo Edition, players gain reactors, weapons and industrial machinery built around nuclear power and its hazards, all for NeoForge 1.21.1.
What it does
The mod is a NeoForge port of the nuclear technology content of Hbm's Nuclear Tech, covering advanced power generation, nuclear materials and the weapons and hazards that come with them. Its name points to the same focus: advanced technology, nuclear weapons and the dangers they bring. Its author is ohiomannnn, and the original project was created by Bobcat.
Only the client needs nothing beyond NeoForge itself, while the server must run the mod too, because machines, materials and hazards are simulated on the server side. Builds are published for NeoForge 1.21.1 alone, and the newest file, 198A, is an alpha release dated 2026-07-18. Installation means placing the jar in the mods folder of a NeoForge 1.21.1 instance.
The code is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and the source code and issue tracker are public.
