Its registration helpers let other mods declare blocks and items through fewer steps, producing registry-compatible objects that load cleanly on both loaders. Data generation is handled at runtime rather than by compiling generated files, which suits the modern Minecraft versions the library targets. Recipe and builder data generation are both broad in scope, and a materials and parts system defines the building blocks that machine content is assembled from.

Machine support covers a machine system that remains centred on EU-based machines, with ability for RF machines, and a cover system that applies to machines and pipes. World generation settings are configurable and simplified. The library underpins GT5 Reimagined, and numerous addons are expected to build on it.

Client and server both need the library, so every player on a server that runs it must install it too. Files exist for Fabric and Forge across 1.18.2 – 1.20.1, with 0.5.2-1.20.1 as the latest Forge build for 1.20.1 and 0.2 as the latest Fabric build for 1.18.2. The code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, and the source and issue tracker are public.
