Gothic RPG

by NoCube

Gothic RPG brings dark fantasy creatures from the Gothic series into Minecraft, with beasts to hunt, traders, herbs for potions and new armor sets.

ForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.18.2 – 1.19.4

What it does

Hunting is the core of the content. Hunters follow beasts that run from weak scavengers and molerats up to lurkers and shadowbeasts, and collect trophies from each kill. A Hunting Guide book sold by traders explains how to obtain more trophies. Catching meatbugs lets a player build a personal bug farm, and wild herbs and crops can be gathered to heal and to brew early-game potions.

The mod adds a handy pickaxe, a stretch of Old Mineshaft and new armor sets that are available through it. Its style follows vanilla Minecraft, and one animated sound is included. The content is credited to a developer, sprite artist, modeler, animator and builder. Gothic RPG runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge only, for 1.18.2, 1.19.2 and 1.19.4, with 1.0.0 for 1.19.4 as the latest file. It requires Geckolib, and the code is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
