Good night sweetie
by Discorde
Good night sweetie changes how sleeping and waking look in the game, so the view closes and opens gradually instead of switching instantly.
What it does
When a player goes to sleep or wakes up, the screen fades over several seconds rather than cutting in one step, adding a small touch of realism to those moments. The effect is cosmetic and does not change how sleeping works. The mod requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric on 1.21.1 only, under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. It runs on the client alone, so the server does not need it.
Key features
Gradual sleep fade
Going to bed closes the view slowly over time rather than blacking out at once.
Gradual wake-up
Waking up opens the view slowly, so the transition feels less abrupt each morning.
Cosmetic only
The animation changes only how the transition looks and leaves the sleep mechanics untouched.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.

What the author says
Okay so you know how when you go to sleep/wake up you don't instantly close/open your eyes but rather slowly and multiple times? Well, that's basically what this simple mod does! Adds a little bit of realism and a small effect that no one asked but everyone is happy to have!
